Be sure to include the following information.
1. What type of equipment you are sending in (Razorback, Stinger, Game Box, Respawn Box)
2. What software you have (Revolution, Legacy, Don’t know).
3. When you purchased your equipment. (Month and year you received)
4. If the equipment is under warranty. Please attach a copy of your original order with warranty info to the email.
5. What is going on with your equipment.
6. Anything else you think we should know.
After communication with one of our staff about your repairs, send in your equipment.
PLEASE BE SURE TO PACK YOUR GEAR WITH CARE (BUBBLE WRAP OR FOAM)
PLEASE CONSIDER INSURING YOUR EQUIPMENT FOR SHIPPING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST
OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT IN TRANSIT TO OUR FACILITY.
Email us your tracking number, return address and at least two phone numbers to reach you.
You will receive an email or call when your equipment is repaired and ready to ship. You will also receive an invoice at that time.
Payment in full is required for your repaired equipment to be returned.
